What is Vedic Meditation?
Vedic Meditation is a natural, simple, and deeply restorative technique originating in India thousands of years ago. Practiced for 20 minutes twice a day with eyes closed, it allows the body and mind to release accumulated stress, restore balance, and access higher levels of clarity and well-being. Unlike other meditation techniques that rely on concentration or contemplation, Vedic Meditation is effortless, making it accessible to anyone, regardless of experience.
